  • 47701 has become yet another two-tone green repaint. It still has jumper cables still attached to the front, and has kept its Waverley nameplates. It is not working at the Dartmoor Railway this weekend, and has yet to do so.
  • A 47 is likely to be joined by a 57 on the Workington shuttles next week, as the 37 is required elsewhere. The train is to be worked by DRS until the end of December, after which a Northern DMU is likely to be displaced from Neville Hill by the acquisition there of two ex Silverlink class 321 units.
